Tom Barrett (1969)

Tom passed away on May 21, 2013, after a 2-year battle with cancer. He was survived by his wife Judy Barrett (nee Schlensker), a son and 2 daughters. Tom retired after a long career as a Metro Bus Driver.
Freshman year, first day; I didn’t know a soul at Aiken. I was a country boy fresh out of Kentucky. Tom Barrett took me under his wing and became the greatest friend I ever knew. Still missing Tommy a lot.
